I love the idea of this weird, dysfunctional children's show from god knows when that very clearly has some weird unexplainable shit going on with it in the background. I don't know, the whole allure of this just being some low intelligence show for children who can't even properly comprehend television just feels off somehow. Either way, it's yet another surreal classic.

This has got to be the best entry in the Suction Cup Man saga yet!

[TANKMEN .5]

Ah yes, an absolute classic of an animation. Even after more than a decade, the style of both the art and animation has held up well. Of course being the backstory to the original, it gives just a smidge of context, but doesn't delve deep into the backstory, if there even is any, I'm not a theorist here. Sure, the style of jokes is a little repetitive, and the lack of distinction between characters in terms of voices can be a bit confusing, but all it ever seems to do is add to it's charm. Just a side-note, I have no clue where the background music came from, I know what the piece is called (Votre Toast from Bizet's Carmen), but I can't seem to find this particular remix, that is, assuming it wasn't custom made for this animation. Either, way, it's an absolute classic, and with the Tankmen characters seemingly back in the limelight (much like Pico), who knows, we might see a resurgence in Tankmen animations in the near future, let's just hope they live up to the originals.

Amazing, absolutely amazing. High quality animation, and music as well, really liking the bit reminiscent of Wallace and Gromit, brings back good memories.

One of Newground's best, guaranteed to remain an absolute classic, 15 years on, and going strong.

[Animator vs. Animation II]

Absolute classic, a wonderful sequel to an already great animation, and, indeed, the start of a career on the internet. And to think this guy used his actual AIM username from back in the day, not that it matters now, AIM has been dead for almost four years now.
